Includes 60 minutes comprehensive psychiatric evaluation for diagnosis, treatment planning and electronic medication prescription.
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation without Medication Management – $179
Includes 60 minutes comprehensive psychiatric evaluation for diagnosis, treatment planning without medication prescription.
Follow up with Medication Refills – $119
Includes 30 minutes follow up visits only for monitoring symptoms and medication management & refills.
Follow up with Medication Refills and Add on brief psychotherapy – $169
Includes 30 minutes follow up visits only for monitoring symptoms, medication management/refills and Brief psychotherapy.
